Linda Wisler Luft, the founder of Fireball Coaching and Consulting, is a CPCC—a certified professional coactive coach. She received her life coach certification through The Coaches Training Institute—the largest in-person coach training school in the world. Linda is also a graduate of their Leadership Program. At the core of her coaching philosophy is the belief that each of us is naturally creative resourceful and whole.

Linda’s role is to facilitate learning and growth through the use of various tools and questions so that you find your own answers within yourself. Her passion is igniting the power and passion in others—especially young girls and women.

She over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, over 8 years in teaching in the schools and over 6 years in personal growth seminars. She received her Bachelors of Science in Education from Ohio University. This background gives Linda an understanding of the dynamics of people and business. She have worked with hundreds of businesses over the years and also has an understanding of what it’s like to own your own business. From being on a sales team for many years, she also knows the dynamics of teamwork, communication, motivation, and goal setting.

In her free time, Linda loves spending time with her husband, her two teenage daughters, her dog and two cats. She loves to travel to new places and enjoys music and dance, taking photographs, riding her bike, walking her dog, Buddy, and reading.

She is also the secretary of Central Ohio Coaches and a member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and the eWomen Network. She recently became a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) which qualifies her to use the DISC behavioral assessment tool.
